SYMPTOMS

When you print a complex document to a LaserJet 4000 or 5000 printer using the PCL 5e printer driver, the printed output may be missing text, pictures, objects, and other drawing elements.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4000 or 5000 PCL 6 or PostScript driver from the HP Web site. If you have trouble installing the new driver, contact Hewlett-Packard (HP) technical support.
