Internet Explorer Script Error When You Open WebTV

SYMPTOMS

When you open Microsoft WebTV for Windows, you may receive the following error message:

Internet Explorer Script Error

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 1738

Char: 4

Error: Invalid Pointer

Code: 0

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, rename the Ddrawex.dll file (if it exists) in the Windows\System folder, and then extract a new copy of the Ddrawex.dll file from your original Windows 98 CD-ROM into the Windows\System folder using the System File Checker tool.
