SYMPTOMS
Outlook does not shut down, or stops responding (hangs), after you display a form from within the Application_Quit event in Visual Basic for Applications.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
MORE INFORMATION
This problem has only been known to occur on the Microsoft Windows 98 operating system. It does not seem to occur on Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, Microsoft Windows NT, or Microsoft Windows 2000.
