SYMPTOMS
When attempting to run Outlook from a Microsoft Terminal Server installation, you may discover that you already have account and profile information established for someone else.
CAUSE
The Terminal Server administrator set up Outlook for personal use while in Install Mode.
RESOLUTION
Notify the Terminal Server administrator to switch to Excecute Mode before setting up Outlook for personal use.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
