SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to subscribe to a large number of newsgroups, Outlook Express may stop responding (hang).

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, subscribe to fewer newsgroups at one time.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Outlook Express 5.
