Summary: File status “96” indicates that the ISAM file buffer is too small. Do the following to determine if your file is too small: 1. Make sure the application is not trying to open more than 15 files at once (each ISAM file opens two files). 2. Try installing ISAM with the /S:nnnn switch. For more information on this subject, please refer to the UGUIDE.DOC file provided on distribution disk number 1.
