SYMPTOMS
When you view your messages in Microsoft Call Manager, the time in the Date/Time column may be off by one hour.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
- You are using version 4.01 or earlier of Microsoft Outlook Express.
- Daylight Saving Time recently started or ended in your time zone.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, follow these steps:
- Right-click the message, and then click Properties.
- On the General tab, note the Received time recorded by the e-mail server, and then click OK.
To prevent this issue from occurring, download and install Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Microsoft Outlook Express 5 from the following Microsoft Web site:
