SYMPTOMS
When you use Outlook Express to send a Web page you are viewing by using the Send Page command and then repeat this process, if the Web page has changed, the most current version of the Web page may not be sent. Instead, the cached Web page may be sent.
CAUSE
This issue can occur when you try to send a page you have just sent while you are viewing that same page. Microsoft Internet Explorer prevents files that are in use from being used by other programs, effectively locking the files that make up the Web page/site in the local cache.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, restart your computer, delete the files in the Temporary Internet Files cache folder, and then send the Web page again. To delete the files in the Temporary Internet Files cache folder:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the View menu, click Internet Options.
- On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
