Summary:
When printing a Microsoft Word version 1.05 document with more than one page of endnotes, the running head is printed at the default position on the second page of endnotes.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Word version 1.05. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Word version 3.00.
