WD2000: Click and Type Pointer Does Not Change When Moving over Blank Area in Document

SYMPTOMS

When you move your mouse pointer from left to right over a blank area of your document, the mouse pointer does not change to different Click and Type alignment pointers.

CAUSE

This problem is known to be caused by certain versions of video drivers. The following is a list of known video drivers that cause this problem:

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, upgrade your existing video driver to an updated video driver from your video card manufacturer or computer system manufacturer.
