Summary:
The “Resume Excel” file does not remember split windows or multiple screens in Microsoft Excel versions 1.03 and earlier.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel versions 1.00 and 1.03. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Excel version 1.04.
