Summary:

The differences between Microsoft Excel version 1.00 and Excel version 1.03 are as follows:

1. Copy protection has been removed.
2. Excel now supports the MC68881 math coprocessor.
3. Excel now supports large-screen monitors.
4. Excel now supports the Hierarchical File System (HFS) by recording pathnames in external links.
5. Dates are now displayed in m/d/yyyy format in the Formula bar.
