SYMPTOMS
When you start your computer after installing a secondary video adapter, your screen may be blank.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if your computer has a built-in video adapter and either of the following conditions exists:
- Your computer's Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) does not provide support for multiple video adapters.
