NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation.
SYMPTOMS
When you address a message to multiple recipients, the mail is only delivered to a small group of recipients. You receive Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) on the remaining recipients.
This problem occurs when you are using Microsoft Outlook in a Novell Netware environment sending e-mail through a direct connection to the Internet.
CAUSE
This behavior has been observed in scenarios where Novell intraNetware Client 32 is installed on the workstations.
RESOLUTION
To test this issue in your environment, remove the Novell intraNetware Client 32 and load the Microsoft Client for Netware. After the client software is reconfigured, start Outlook and test for mail functionality with multiple recipients.
