SYMPTOMS
If you create a hover button that links to a bookmark, the browser does not go to the bookmark when you click the hover button.
CAUSE
The Java virtual machines of earlier browsers, such as Internet Explorer 3.0, removed the pound symbol (#) from the hyperlink generated by the hover button.
RESOLUTION
Make sure the client is using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator browser that is version 4.0 or better.
