SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to open or save a file in Corel WordPerfect 8, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you attempt to open or save the file in a maximized Open File window using tree view.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, do not maximize the Open File window. Instead, stretch the window to full-screen size or disable tree view.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this behavior is not caused by a problem in Windows 98, but may be caused by design changes in Windows 98. For more information about resolving this issue, contact the program's manufacturer.
