SYMPTOMS

When you play Pinball Arcade, you may encounter any of the following symptoms:

  • Only the Low and Medium Graphic Detail settings are available in the game.


  • Graphics in the game are very dark.


  • The plunger, ball, or coin mechanism graphics flash or blink.


  • When you start a game on any table, a black area or part of the coin mechanism graphic is displayed in the center of the table.


  • Game performance is very slow when two balls are in play.


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if a display adapter based on the Rendition Verite V1000 chipset is installed in your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire if an updated video driver is available for your display adapter.
