SYMPTOMS
When you install or upgrade to Windows 98 on a Jetbook 7050 laptop computer, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) revision of the laptop computer is earlier than 1.06a.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, upgrade the BIOS to revision 1.06a or later. For information about how to upgrade the BIOS, please contact the computer's manufacturer.
