Collaboration Data Objects (1.21 only) is available for free download and redistribution by Independent Software Venders (ISVs) with their applications upon meeting certain terms.
However, no other version of CDO (1.x) is available for redistribution by any party other than Microsoft, excluding any parties to which this right may be privately licensed.
