SYMPTOMS
When you schedule the cc:Mail Connector utilities Import.exe and Export.exe to synchronize users to and from the cc:Mail postoffice in Exchange Server, the NTVDM those utilities runs in may begin running out of resources and may cause an application error in Ntvdm.exe.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
