SYMPTOMS
When you fax a Microsoft Word document with multiple orientations, sections of the fax are clipped or scaled.
Global Village will fax the first section of the document. When it encounters a change of orientation, the fax is clipped or scaled.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you use Microsoft Word 98 Macintosh Edition with Global Village Fax.
WORKAROUND
Create a separate document for each orientation and fax them separately.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
