The Query Designer creates only one join based on columns with the same name and data type. If more than one join is possible, the Query Designer stops after creating the first join.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this bug and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATION
Steps to Reproduce Behavior
The user drags in three tables. A is related to B, and B is related to C. Query Designer finds the join between a single pair of tables, then stops.
