SYMPTOMS
When you are in the Contacts folder, there is no option for "New Fax to Contact" in the Actions menu.
RESOLUTION
To send a fax to a contact when in the Contacts folder, follow these steps:
- Click to select the contact you want to send a fax to.
- On the Actions menu, click "New Message to Contact."
- When you are finished with your message, on the File menu, point to Send Using, and then click Symantec Winfax Starter Edition.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
