SYMPTOMS
When you use the automatic dialing feature of Internet Explorer to connect to the Internet over a dual-channel Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) connection, only one of the two ISDN channels connect.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, use Dial-Up Networking (DUN) to connect to your Internet service provider (ISP), and then start Internet Explorer. For more information about how to connect to your ISP in Windows NT 4.0, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
