To remove the Log Off <Username> command from the Start menu, use Registry Editor to locate the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ Explorer
Add a new binary value named NoLogOff to this key with the following value:
01 00 00 00
