SYMPTOMS
Wizard dialog titles in the Japanese version of Visual InterDev are corrupt and unreadable.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This bug was corrected in VisualStudio 97 Service Pack 1.
