SYMPTOMS
You may not be able to share programs in a conference using NetMeeting version 2.0 or later. If you click Enable Sharing on the Tools menu, the following error message may be displayed:
CAUSE
When you are using NetMeeting 2.0 or later in Windows NT 4.0, you must install Service Pack 3 to enable application sharing.
RESOLUTION
Install Service Pack 3 or later for Windows NT 4.0. For information about obtaining Service Pack 3, see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

You can install NetMeeting 2.0 or later and participate in conferences using all the NetMeeting features, including using programs shared by other conference participants using Microsoft Windows 95 and NetMeeting 2.0 for Windows 95. The only feature not available is the ability to share your program with other users.
