SUMMARY
This article describes circumstances which cause the Setup program for the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch for Microsoft Outlook 97 (IMEP) to display the Internet Mail property sheet at the end of setup.

On completion of the Internet Mail Enhancement Patch (IMEP) setup, if you do not already have an Internet Mail service configured and you only have one profile, the Internet Mail property sheet opens, allowing you to enter your Internet e-mail account information.
The IMEP Setup program automatically displays the Internet Mail property sheet under the following circumstances:
- There is only one profile on the computer.
and
- The profile does not contain the Internet Mail service.
The IEMP Setup program does not display the Internet Mail property sheet under the following circumstances:
- There are no profiles on the computer.
- More than one profile exists on the computer.
- More than one profile exists and/or Internet Mail is a service.
