Cancel Receiving a File
When a file is being sent, the receiving computer displays a dialog box with a Cancel button. To cancel receiving the file, click the Cancel button.
Cancel Sending a File
When a file is being sent, the sending computer displays a progress indicator in the lower right portion of the screen. To cancel the sending of the file from the sending computer, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click File Transfer.
- Click Cancel Send.
