SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to rename or copy a Visual Basic for Applications project module to a another document or template, you may receive one of the following error messages:
When you copy a module
When you rename a module
CAUSE
These errors occur because a Visual Basic for Applications project module with the same name as the module you are attempting to copy or rename exists in the destination document or template.

To work around this problem, use a unique name for the new module or rename the destination module such that the names are not the same.
