SYMPTOMS
The Notes field is not updated in Microsoft Team Manager for team members or the team file after accepting an update from the team manager or a team member.
CAUSE
After a team member accepts a task update, any note sent with the update is appended to the Notes field of the task assignment in Team Manager for team members. This is the way Team Manager for team members keeps track of all notes sent to and from the team manager. When an update forces the Notes field to exceed the maximum length for the Notes field, the attached note is discarded. This limit is approximately 32 kilobytes.
