SYMPTOMS
When you print to a Microsoft Windows NT TCP/IP LPR printer using a generic/text-only driver, the first line of print output is missing.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version 3.51 Service Pack 4 and later and Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest US Service Pack for Windows NT version 4.0.
