SYMPTOMS
If you click an Internet Link in Bookshelf and your computer does not have Internet Explorer installed, Bookshelf ’96-’97 prompts you to install Internet Explorer.
If you click Yes, the Internet Explorer Setup starts and the following message appears:
Browse for Folder Choose the parent directory for Microsoft Internet Explorer.
No additional information or instructions are provided.
RESOLUTION
When the Browse For Folder window opens, select the hard drive where you would like to install Internet Explorer, and then click OK.
NOTE: Do not select the CD-ROM drive or your floppy drives.
