SYMPTOMS
When you print a report using the Star Micronix NX-2460c printer or Digital DEC Writer 65 printer, you receive the following error message:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
When you click Details, you receive the following error message:
Money caused a general protection fault in module Sid2libw.dll at <address>
RESOLUTION
Install a Windows 95 printer driver. If you are using the Star Micronix NX-2460c printer, install the Star NX-2450 driver included with Windows 95, which prints reports without problems in Microsoft Money. If you are using the Digital DEC Writer 65 printer, use the Citizen GSX240 ESC/P2 driver for Windows 95.

To use the new printer to print your reports, follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Money.
- On the File menu, click Print Setup and then click Report And Chart Setup.
- Click on the NX-2450 or Citizen GSX240 ESC/P2 from the printer drop down list.
- Click OK. Your reports will now print correctly.
