Road Atlas 4.0: Preferences Not Saved When Saving Journey

SYMPTOMS
When you reload a previously saved Journey, Preferences settings are not saved.
RESOLUTION
Reset the Preferences settings before you recalculate the saved Journey.
To reset the Preferences, do the following:
- On the Route menu, click Settings.
- In the Route Settings dialog box, click the Preferences tab.
- Select your desired preferences, and then click OK.
- Recalculate your journey.

The Preferences options are not part of the saved Journey; they are a global Road Atlas setting.
When you save a Journey, the default Preferences settings are saved. If you exit Road Atlas 4.0, you are asked, “Do you want to save your settings?” If you click Yes, the current settings for the current and future Road Atlas sessions are saved. If you click No, Preferences remain the same.
