-------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher for Windows 95, versions 3.0 - Microsoft Publisher for Windows, versions 2.0 and 2.0a -------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== If you save a document in Microsoft Word for Windows 95 or Microsoft Word for Windows in Rich Text Format(RTF), any OLE objects that the document contains will appear as blank frames if you open the RTF file in Microsoft Publisher. NOTE: This problem only occurs with OLE objects. Imported pictures import correctly. RESOLUTION ========== To work around this problem, open the RTF file in Microsoft Word and save it as a Microsoft Word document. If you import the Microsoft Word document, the OLE objects will import correctly. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Publisher for Windows 95 and Microsoft Publisher for Windows.
