SYMPTOMS
When you press the ENTER key in a text form field that has been set to a maximum length, you get line feeds within the form field. For example, if you set the maximum length of a text form field to 10, you can press ENTER 11 or more times.
CAUSE
The ENTER key functionality is different from Word 6.0, where pressing the ENTER key moved your insertion point from one form field to the next. The functionality has been changed to allow you to enter multiple lines within a text form field.
STATUS
This functionality was changed by design at the request of Word users.
