SYMPTOMS
========

If you switch a publication that was set up for the HP DeskJet
500c/550c/560c color printer driver to any other printer driver, all the
graphics will print in high-contrast on the other printer.

CAUSE

Switching a publication from the Windows 95 HP DeskJet driver causes the
Dithering property on the new driver to be set to None.

RESOLUTION
==========

To correct this problem, change the Dithering property on the new printer
driver as follows:

1. Open the affected publication.

2. On the File menu, click Print Setup.

3. In the Printers list, click the name of the printer you want to print
   to.

4. Click Properties.

5. Click the Graphics tab of your printer driver. Click any choice besides
   None.

6. Click OK.
