SYMPTOMS
After removing mail from a cubby, you cannot return the mail to the same slot.
RESOLUTION
To return mail to its original cubby, do the following:
- Choose the Put Back Stored Mail squishy.
- Choose the Put Back All The Mail On The Desktop squishy.
