SYMPTOMS

If you modify a person’s name or delete a person from Address Book, a Special Day Calendar entry relating to that person does not reflect the change.

MORE INFORMATION

When you designate a special day for a person in Address Book it is automatically entered in Calendar. However, modifications and deletions from the Address Book are not reflected in the Calendar.

WORKAROUND

To modify or delete the Calendar entry so it matches the Address Book, do the following:

1. Start Bob Calendar.

2. Go to the Special Day.

3. Look for a yellow bell which marks a reminder for the event. If you do not see a yellow bell, do the following:

   1. Click the Other Options squishy

   2. Click the Open Another Calendar squishy

   3. Select the calendar that contains the Special Day.

   4. Click the button with the green check mark.

4. Click the yellow bell to edit the information.

5. Type corrected information, or press DEL to delete the entry.

6. Choose the button with the green check mark.
