PowerPoint 4: General Protection Fault in SD.DLL

SYMPTOMS
When printing from PowerPoint using Zenographics SuperPrint and the associated Polaroid drivers, you may receive the following error message:
PP4 caused a General Protection Fault in module SD.DLL
This will occur after the print job has been generated.
CAUSE
Versions of the Polaroid driver earlier than 3.10 used with Zenographics SuperPrint are incompatible with PowerPoint 4.0 for Windows and cause a general protection (GP) fault in SD.DLL, one of the DLLs installed and used by SuperPrint.
RESOLUTION
This problem was corrected in version 3.10 of the Polaroid driver for Zenographics SuperPrint. Polaroid can be reached at (800) 255-1618.
