SYMPTOMS
When an address book or mailing list filename is 80 characters long, and was the last list used in Bob Address Book, the most recently used file list will be blank.
RESOLUTION
To refresh the recently used file list, open an address book or mailing list that has a filename that is less than 80 characters long.
