SYMPTOMS
You may receive the message “general protection fault in module HOME.EXE” (without the quotation marks) in Bob, if you use shortcut keys to exit the program.
If you press and hold down the ALT key and the F4 key (ALT+F4), while you hold down the F1 key, you may receive the message.
RESOLUTION
When you exit Bob, use the exit button. If you choose to use the ALT+F4 shortcut keys, do not hold down the F1 key.
