MPRJ4: Window Title Hidden After Clicking Zoom Box

SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Project, if you click the zoom box (located in the upper-right corner of the window) in a project window after displaying an additional toolbar, the title bar for the active project may be hidden behind the entry bar or a toolbar instead of being displayed below the entry bar or toolbar as expected.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs after you size and then enlarge a project window to its maximum size. Under this condition, if you display an additional toolbar, or drag a toolbar to a position right above the project title bar, or display the entry bar (after it has been hidden), when you click the zoom box to restore the maximized window to its original size, the window is displayed in the original size and location, without taking into account the added toolbar or entry bar.
This behavior only occurs if there is a single project window open. The problem does not occur if multiple windows are open.
Note that when this behavior occurs, the window title bar is not correctly displayed even if you hide the additional toolbar or the entry bar. The project title bar remains hidden.
WORKAROUNDS
To work around this problem, choose Arrange All from the Window menu to adjust the window position and display the window title bar again.
Note, however, that if you click the zoom box again, the window title disappears behind the entry bar (or toolbar) again.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
