Cannot Open Help File in Office Professional and Bookshelf

SYMPTOMS
After you install the Microsoft Office Professional 4.3-CD with Microsoft Bookshelf 1994, you may receive the following error message when you choose Help in Microsoft Bookshelf:
Cannot Open Help File. Help is unable to find the file BSWORD.HLP. It is either missing or is not in the directory specified in the WIN.INI file.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, use either of the following methods:
Method 1
Locate the BSWORD.HLP file.
The file will be in either the subdirectory where you installed Bookshelf or in the Office Professional subdirectory (where Microsoft Word is installed).
Open the WIN.INI file.
For more information about how to perform this task in Windows, see your Windows printed documentation or online Help.
In the WIN.INI file, locate the [Bookshelf] line.
NOTE: If this line does not exist, you must reinstall Bookshelf.
In the [Bookshelf] section, locate the entry called BSWordHelp=.
If you do not see this line, add the entry to the [Bookshelf] section and continue with Step 5.
Add the directory entry to where the file BSWORD.HLP is located. For example
[Bookshelf] BSWordHelp=<drive>:.HLP
where <drive> is your hard disk drive. The file will be located in either the <drive>: subdirectory or in the <drive>:subdirectory . The location depends on where Bookshelf and Office have been installed.
WORKAROUND 2
If you are unable to find the BSWORD.HLP file, reinstall Bookshelf and run Help again.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Office Professional 4.3C CD and Bookshelf, 1994 edition. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
