SUMMARY
In Microsoft Bob, you cannot merge multiple Address Books into one. However you can copy a page of information from one address book and paste it into another address book.
MORE INFORMATION
To copy a page from one address book and paste it into another address book:
- In the Bob Address Book, verify that both address books have been created.
- While viewing the selected page of information, select the Other Options squishy.
- Choose the Move, Copy, Or Delete This Page squishy.
- Select the Add A Copy Of It To Another Book squishy.
- Select the Address Book that you want the page to be copied to and choose the button with the Arrow pointing right.
- Repeat steps 1-5 for the remaining pages that need to be copied.
