The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Office for the Macintosh, versions 2.5-CD, 3.0-CD
SYMPTOMS
When you print information from one of the User's Guides included in Microsoft Office on compact disc (for example, if you print a page from the Microsoft Excel "User's Guide,") text on the right side of the page may be truncated.
CAUSE
Each online Microsoft Office "User's Guide" is a HyperCard stack. The behavior described above occurs when you print a page from one of the User's Guides that contains more than one screen of information, so that a scroll bar appears next to the text. There is a non-printable region around the scroll bar. So, when text extends beyond this region, it is cut off or truncated on that side.
Note that the text appears correctly on the screen, the problem only occurs when you print the page.
