(The expected behavior is that the Cue Cards window would remain minimized until you maximize it.) CAUSE ===== This behavior is by design. The purpose of Cue Cards is to provide guidance while working in Publisher. When you maximize Publisher, the Cue Cards window is maximized also so that you don't need to search for it.
