SYMPTOMS
On page 75 of the Microsoft Access "User's Guide," version 2.0, in the "Selecting Data" section, the table contains, in part: To Do this ----------------------------------------------------------------- Select the entire contents of a field In a datasheet, click the left edge of the field. In the online Help topic "Selecting Fields and Records," the table states that to select a single cell, you should: Click inside the left edge of the cell. These instructions are incorrect.
RESOLUTION
To Do this ------------------------------------------------------------------- Select the field name along with the entire In a datasheet, click contents of a field the left edge of the field.
