Converting from Microsoft PowerPoint for the Apple Macintosh Version 4.0 to Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows 4.0.

Microsoft PowerPoint for the Apple Macintosh version 4.0 can be opened by Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows version 4.0 directly. Some features are not converted. For example, QuickTime Apple Macintosh is not converted to QuickTime for Windows.
